The description of installation and adjustment of the program - client for connection and uses of an ONU audio-server for dialogue with other users of a local network of University and a network of the Internet.

For users of a computer network there is an opportunity of dialogue with other users of a local network with the help of ONU audio-server. For this purpose it is necessary to have on a workplace a microphone and speakers or headphones.
At the correct approach this kind of dialogue is capable to replace completely dialogue by phone. Moreover - there is an opportunity to carry out high-grade audio-conferences with attraction to participation of tens users.
To take advantage of the given service it is necessary to establish on a workstation (with the help of the of the system administrator) the program - client for connection and uses of an audio-server. At present for this purpose it is used TeamSpeak 2 Client.

After installation it is necessary to make primary adjustments:
At start it is necessary to choose menu Connection, submenu Quick Connect, then to enter a name of an audio-server audio.onu.edu.ua and to specify a name of the user - it can be any.

For work of the program it will be enough. For the further adjustments there are following opportunities:
In menu Settings, submenu Sound In/Out Settings it is possible to adjust a minimum level of a sound signal (loudness of speech) at which the microphone will be included, or to specify the button, on pressing on which the microphone and a sound from it will be activated and transferred to a server. Here it is possible to adjust and sensitivity of a microphone.

In menu Settings, submenu Options it is possible to choose other device of a sound card and to adjust others optional parameters.
